Tickets & Entry
All festival tickets are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your ticket, please contact the Gaia Beats team
Yes. Re-entry is allowed at all times with a valid wristband. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced and a new ticket must be purchased.

Venue Location
Gaia Beats takes place at Sense Hot Spring, a natural wellness venue surrounded by trees and hills just outside Chiang Mai.
Yes. The venue is naturally fed by hot spring water, and a number of hot tubs and bathing areas will be available for guests to enjoy during the festival for an additional fee.
Yes. The venue includes shaded areas, grassy spaces, and quieter zones for rest and reflection.
Travel & Transport
You can reach the festival by:
Yes. A round-trip shuttle service runs between Chiang Mai city and the festival venue. Shuttle tickets must be booked in advance.
Yes, but you must park at the official Gaia Beats parking area. Driving directly to the hot spring venue is not permitted.
Camping
Yes. Camping is free with a valid festival ticket if you bring your own gear.
Yes. There are two camping zones:
The campsite opens Friday from midday.
Camping is available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
All campers must leave by Monday midday.
No personal fires, candles, stoves, or open flames are allowed. Only official managed fire areas may be used.
No. Pets are not permitted at the festival.
Food, Drinks & Payments
No outside alcohol is allowed anywhere on site or in camping areas.
Yes. Bars will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with alcohol available during legally permitted hours.
There will also be plenty of other options around the festival, including coffee, chai, fresh juices, kombucha, cacao, and more.
Yes. Free drinking water is available on site. Please bring a reusable bottle or cup.
Small personal food items are allowed in camping areas, but cooking equipment is not permitted.
Card payments are generally not accepted. Most vendors accept cash, and many also accept Thai bank transfers.
The closest ATMs are around a 15-minute walk away at Sahakorn Market. We hope to have an ATM on site for 2027, but this is not confirmed yet, so please plan to bring enough cash.
Safety & Community
Yes. Gaia Beats is an all-ages festival.
Yes. There is 24-hour security and a medical team present throughout the festival.
If you need assistance, you can visit the Info Point or the Medical Point. You can also ask any member of staff, including volunteers, bar staff, security, or gate staff, and they will help or guide you to the right place.
If you lose something during the festival, please check with the Info Point in the market area or the Ticket Office near the front gate. Lost items that are found will be brought to one of these locations.

Phone signal can be unreliable at the venue. We are planning to bring in our own internet solutions for 2027 to improve connectivity.
Music & Programming
The main music stages finish around midnight. After that, quieter late-night gatherings and performances continue until about 3:00 AM.
