All ticket purchases for Gaia Beats events are processed via Ticketmelon. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Ticketmelon's Terms of Service.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the event listing.

3. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of plans, illness, travel disruption, or partial attendance.

In the event that Gaia Beats cancels or significantly reschedules an event, we will communicate directly with ticket holders regarding next steps. Any remedies offered in such cases are at our sole discretion.

4. Event Entry

Valid ticket (digital or printed) is required for entry. Gaia Beats reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who:

• Cannot produce a valid ticket
• Behaves in a disruptive, threatening, or unlawful manner
• Violates the event's code of conduct

No refunds will be issued for denied entry due to the above.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaia Beats and its organisers are not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the event
• Personal injury at the event, except where caused by our negligence
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from attendance or use of the Site
• Cancellation or changes to event details beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, or force majeure events)

Your attendance is at your own risk.

Photos and videos taken at Gaia Beats events by our team may be used for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed in public areas of the event.
